Dynamic Experts provides AI-powered business advisory services through digital representations ("Digital Twins" or "AI Advisors") of expert consultants. Our flagship product, "SudoDavid," is an AI advisor based on the expertise of Professor David Teece in the field of dynamic capabilities and business strategy.
The Service includes:
- Video chat sessions with AI Advisors
- Voice chat sessions with AI Advisors
- Text-based chat interactions with AI Advisors
- Access to strategic business insights and frameworks
- Subscription-based access plans
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to the Service is provided through annual subscription plans. Current pricing and plan details are displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. AI Disclaimer and Limitations
IMPORTANT: NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The AI Advisors provided through Dynamic Experts are artificial intelligence systems and are NOT human advisors. The advice, insights, and recommendations provided are generated by machine learning models and should be treated as informational only.
Our AI Advisors do not provide legal advice, financial or investment advice, tax advice, medical advice, or any other professional advice requiring licensure.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, technology, and underlying software, is owned by Dynamic Experts Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. The Dynamic Experts name, logo, SudoDavid, and SudoSelf are trademarks of Dynamic Experts Inc.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNAMIC EXPERTS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
